House of Trance: Club Velvet

When I entered the whole building there were alot of UNO people outside. Though I had nothing against them but they take so much space and clearly its to busy but not in a good way busy. Me and a bunch of friends were greeted by an acoustic singer outside. We were really wondering if we were on the right place. For Club Velvet, such a waste of money. Seriously! Lucky, there was a waiter who escorted us inside. It was just a hundred bucks so no problem, not much of an investment.

When we got in, the place was empty. Well not exactly empty. There were underage kids that clearly just came from school then went there to pretend that they know how to party. And some of DJ Lexi's friends. The place is really awesome, it was new, very clean, the acoustics were really good, dance floor was really spacious but no one knows about it. So that's what we call #SAD. 

We tried to dance with the beat but people are not really feeling it. It was very clear, that Davao is not ready for trance and that's it. We went out early, well drunk since we ordered in couple of bottles and Lexi also shared her vodka with us. 

As usual, we went to the place to be HYBRID atleast we know what to expect.

Overall I give it a 4 out of 10 for effort on the place.

REVERIE 2014

Everyone was in Cebu at that time. Sadly I had to stay in Davao for some very important reason. Enough said about my personal life not giving excuses lets talk about what happened during REVERIE 2014.

This was the 1st real party for the year. Did it live up to its expectations?

Lets start with things that I didn't like because its only a few. See party rules. LOL

Party is never complete without anyone holding bottles of hard liquors while dancing to EDM and Trance Tracks. Fortunately, few of my friends already drank before going to the party. So we were really feeling the moment you know. Unfortunately not everyone felt the same way. There were very limited mixed drinks for sale and beer also limited then we had to purchase Pale Pilsen. Which was fine for me still I want my option.

Its a weird scene the oldies where at the back watching their kids partyin'. nothing against that I find it very cute. No one was really drunk well, few people were. 

Now lets go to the things that I liked about the party. Since the party is for free surely loads of people came so load of familiar faces. If I was sober that night it would have been a great time to socialize. Since this was Abreeza less jejemon in site, Luckily! The weather was cooperating so it was not that humid well I never thought that Abreeza would be a great place to party. 

The 3D project mapping was AMAZING. For a first it was quite amusing better than any fireworks and stuff. Kudos to you guys! As for the music, I really appreciate that they tried to push for new beats like trance in Davao but as I said Davao is still not ready for Trance. Kapish?!

Ofcourse our ALL TIME FAVE TRACKS were played, i don't need to enumerate all. 

No matter who you are, you would think a guy that can pulling off the tattoo look is really cool. Hot eh? You should have been there.

Another great spectacle was the debut of Kat Dalisay as the Dancing Diva!

Overall the crowd was nice, the place was nice, drinks I don't want to comment further. It was clean fun.

The after party was in Starr jammed packed actually maybe everyone was thinking the same way as I was. Then I suddenly passed out after few bottles of Mr. Cuervo. :p

I give it 6 out of 10 stars.

SUNSETS 2014

If you wanna party with no curfew and no restrictions but only your alcohol tolerance then you should have been there. Few minutes trip was really worth it. I mean REALLY!

It was a perfect way to start a year.  The damage was only a 100 bucks and you already have drinks. I call this the never to be mention beer pero lakas ng tama, ged! The thing here is you have option on buying beer or hard liquor but that's not really the priority. What I liked most was how the people danced to the beat. It was really epically(if that's a word) wild in a good way. Girls were grinding guys vice versa, girls were twerking each other and boys were going down on boys. 

The weather was really cold and everyone was really hot its really a perfect combination. Plus DJ Big and DJ Lexi gave their best beat. The thing that stir things up was the foam. Nothing beat a good cleaning, but the thing here while everyone was being cleaned up by the foam everything became very dirty. Just the way we like it! And if you wanna sober up you just go to the water and swim well it was low tide but hey there's still water. LOL

Girls in thier bikinis and guys wearing board short and trunks buffet for everyone. there were rumors that someone had some action in the water. WTF. Too much for me, get a room man! Anyway, I really want I repeat and its cumming, rather coming very soon.

Partyphile or no partyphile everyone was friendly. These types of parties gathers different kinds of people enjoying the same music and having fun at the same time. Party ANIMAL; Kudos to you guys!
