Davao indoor party scene has never been this good. Every club and pub has something to offer. Well, it's Mig's job to give you a rundown of the must go indoor parties during Kadayawan!

Alcatraz came in very early, they are going to give you an awesome time starting  Thursday so prepare your liver because you got it; there is no school or work on Friday! College take over you might see so baby girls and baby boys there. LOL. Yes, I might drop by to check out. After all Alcatraz doesn't need  theme the bar is a theme in itself.

And for those who didn't know, It's TORCH's birthday so maybe we will have an awesome surprise for him for the night.

Hello partyphiles, Migs is here and I am back. And who knows? It might be for good but I won't dig into the details why I'm up and running again. The deal breaker is-- it's Kadayawan AGAIN!

Yes, It's festival season. And if people say that outside parties are a thing of the past, Think again! This year is going to be totally massive believe me, I'm doing the legwork. I will be writing a separate partynerary for clubs and pubs so chill and check this out. Just like all our other traditions I will mark going, not going and the new one "Visiting"-- which simply means I'm going but will just say hi to some people but might not stay for drinks. I don't wanna elaborate but if you have a brain I'm sure you'll get it.

The Most Awesomest Break: #SwimBreak Oct 31 at Park Inn by Radisson Pool Side!

When I saw the teasers I was like... What is this? Very interesting a pool party during Halloween?! Kinda Cool. The name is catchy too Swim-Break very clever. I like it!

So the party is going to be at Park Inn by Radisson pool side. Very nice, yes the place. Kinda small but the tighter it is the better right? 

So this is going to be intimately awesome. You get to socialize with people and meet new friends. And who knows maybe a lover after the party knows?

I'm expecting to be wet, wild and drunk together with my friends while listening to good music. Let's make our own YOLO moment. Shall we?

The idea is to have a different kind of Halloween experience. Yeah I'm kinda tired of the usuall thing; dressing up for this occasion with “naughty” or “nice” costumes. With #Swimbreak, We will all know if you’re naughty or nice on the type of swimwear you use!

#SwimBreak gives us a breather from work, school and our daily routines. It’s time to try something fun and new!  Party starts at 3PM, so if partyphiles goes there early they get to experience several games like beer pong, drinking games and a lot more.

They invited an international DJ from Brazil, Romeo Cavalcante to Spin for us. (Sh*t this is awesome I wanna dance on his set.) Plus local acts from Niel Recinto, Enzo Cooke resident Dj of the Brewery, Adonis M., Ronn Mirage and Ram Mia of Dreamers Production Djs.

Callbox Insomnia - A Spooktacular Music Festival Oct 24

Hey there partyphiles! I'm sure everyone is itching to party after sembreak! This will be our 1st stop. 

Callbox is proud and excited to announce its first ever music festival in Davao City. They are inviting all Dabawenyos to Callbox Insomnia, A “Spooktacular” Music Festival. This is a pre-halloween rave party happening on October 24 at Lanang Business Park, Lanang, Davao City. Insomnia Music Festival started last July 2014 in celebration of the 10^th Anniversary of Callbox in the Philippines.  They had more than a thousand party goers that night and 2 awesome Manila DJ’s – DJ Ron Poe and Ace Ramos. Rain or shine, the rave party continued this year in Iloilo and now they wanted to share the love for music and spread fun and excitement to all Dabawenyos.

It will be set on a wide location and it is very accessible to all partyphiles. Hello? Lanang Business Park is downtown already. I heard that they have performers on stage like dancers, models in laser light costumes, and party DJ’s from Davao City and Manila. They will also be supporting our own local DJ’s and one of my fave dj is spinning for them Jet Boado so expect an awesome show.To add amusement, there will be a laser light show, LED sticks for VIP attendees, and black lights which will highlight the event.

And get this you are getting wasted for a cause since a charity event will also be held hours before Callbox Insomnia. They invited 100 children to the grand launching of All Above The Line After School Project. This will be raised and funded by Callbox Davao and this will be a continuous project to help kids learn how to speak English fluently and to tutor them after school for free. They will be selecting pre-schools and elementary schools for this project. Cool right? 

A bazaar will also be open on the same day until October 25 at the Lanang Business Park Parking Area.So there will be variety of food and awesome stuff available! Dibs of the free items! LOL

Jungle Circuit Party-Davao: Oct 3 ACROPOLIS SUPERCLUB!

It's been a while since I blogged but this entry is going to be worth the trouble. They said that Davao will UNLEASH THE ANIMAL WITHIN at Acropolis SuperClub for Jungle Circuit Party! And oh boy! I'm looking forward to be an animal that night. This is actually one of my most anticipated party and now it's really happening in Davao on October 3rd! 

Why? If you don't know, this is the Biggest circuit party in the Philippines and the most fabulous Music festival of freedom and diversity! What does that mean you say? That means you're crazy not to be there! LOL

Kris Nuevo Events Management is so generous to give us an awesome show. They are featuring the Music of Philippines Top DJs,

Toy Armada, CAM V. and Pau Pulido will be playing for us. I'm not sure if Toy was one of the Djs of BED. LALALA those were the days. CAM V is one of the fastest rising female djs today. Pau is one of the residents of Acropolis Superclub.

You know what? Davao will not only be the 1st stop of Jungle Circuit Party in The Mindanao region; this beautiful city will also be the birthplace of a new tandem!

Individually they are already amazing. DJ Brian Cua is an award winning remixer and producer while DJ Travis Monsod is one of the best DJ in the Philippines. Together they become one as #PANDAMONIUM! Coolness. I am definitely looking forward!

And HOT guys is back. Yes ROMEO will be spinning that night!

Plus a special performances by  Martin and Orion.

I am literally drooling while I'm writing this blog. I am excited to see everyone and get fucked up with Bacardi.

Kadayawan 2015: Partynerary!

Hello partyphiles, Kadayawan is here! Can you feel the vibe? I can feel it in my spine like seriously I’ve been planning this months ago. I wish I could be more sarcastic but I can’t because we are just really lucky to have awesome parties this season. Organizers are stepping up their A-GAME and us partyphiles enjoys quality parties. I will be giving the rundown of all parties during the weekend and my partynerary.

We will again enjoy the SPECTRUM EXPERIENCE. They partnered with FROLICFOX productions maker of SUMMERFROLIC so this means this is going to be really really big. I can tell you from 1^st hand experience last year’s (Kadayawan Invasion) stage and lights were phenomenal. Actually that’s the understatement of the century-- breathe taking. It was actually one of the best parties in Davao. From the free stuff to line up, action like when RAMON Bautista talked about shrimp and even social gossips we all got to share that very experience with our friend. Now we get it repeat it all over again ONLY BETTER, BIGGER plus a Legit shit INTERNATIONAL DJ, Like awesome! If you’re a “real” partyphile you better have bought your tickets already.

I was actually expecting someone more mainstream from DIM MAK to join us for INVASION but dude UBERJAKD is the bomb. For 500 bucks hello? Done deal! Straight from Tomorrowland we is now flying to the Philippines to meet. I definitely know that DAVAO loves MELBOURNE BOUNCE and he is really good a playing and at the same producing. This is so exciting. Plus we also have a duo NO CLASS from Norway. I heard their good looking and very playful on stage. This is the 1^st for Davao to have these kinds of acts.

Ofcourse, we have all our favourite DJs lined up for us. ACE RAMOS the best in the business it's been a while since I last heard him play, Katsy Lee who gives the best set. My favorite Unicorn. Love! But honestly I really hate the idea of not having Jet Boado as part of the line-up. Oh cruel world! You will be missed. LOL

Prepare for an awesome light show! They gave that last year they will hopefully give a bigger and better one this year! Hope so!

The good thing about it is that you get to see all the DJs play prime before the Saturday. If you're not into the rave thing there are several bed room djs playing at namely Badkiss and Tien Batu. You might wanna drop during their set.

Well I’m sure that there will be several Jej people around but they are giving away VIP tickets to friends. Dibs! I wanna party close to the Djs and the guest celebrities. ;)

3 Stages in One Venue. This is probably one of the Philippines’ 1^st festival to have this kind of concept. Well actually not really SANDSTORM last year had the same concept. It was actually copied apparently Sandstorm was a fail. If this is successful this is would make DAVAO on the MAP. Really high expectations for this one but if you think about it for 350 bucks it's worth it.

This is the 1^st Manic Nightnings Event during KADAYDAWAN. They have proven marketing skills since CARTE BLANCHE is well attended and everybody was there.

They also have two international Djs. JASON DEWEY who played for Deliverance Kadayawan 2013 and played STARR and King Lady Asian TOP 90ish Female DJ.

And oh wait, there surprise international "resident Ultra DJ". Let's just see. I think it's going to be a game changer!  

They have 30 acts that’s like so cool, unfortunately not everyone gets to listen to all of them because there will be a division of class because there are several stages. Different stage different type of music played.

But if you want the best go for thr one with the cabana. If you can’t afford a cabana “you can’t sit with us.” LOL The event is really a vision and I actually wanna give it a try.

D’Leonor is a beautiful place that’s really ideal for a party. So if you wanna try something different you can definitely go there. #YOLO

Wherever you go, whatever you do It's fine. As long as you have fun that's the point of it all. It's a celebration! Let's drink from the bottle get wasted and celebrate life!

#LoveWins: a LGBT Pride Party

And I'm back! Migs is still alive! And I will continue to give you the best of what Davao has to offer when it comes to parties.

Now, I really wanna feature this great concept coming from THE CLUB CRAWLERS. It's #LoveWins: A LGBT Pride Party. 

If you don't live inside a rock you would know that the rainbow profile photo in facebook is not a celebration of nips 50th anniversary. LOL Apparently, the 50 states in the US just legalized gay marriage in all 50 states that means equal rights for everyone. And you can marry whoever you want and you will still have the same respect and benefits as straight people. I know it's not in the Philippines but this is a great step and a great start for the LGBT community after how many years of struggle. (Being so emotional. LOL) 


So I am inviting everyone to join us in celebrating this victory not just for PRIDE but for everybody.

They said that they will play pride music so expect to dance the night away with STARR residents Francis Tamayo and James Ponce. Together with Club Crawlers Djs RONN MIRAGE and RAM MIA. Featuring GARAGE 88 and Distillery Manila's very own ARWIN SANDICO. Surely he knows how to shake up a pride crowd. 

The City government of Davao Health Office is also giving away free condoms and lubes! How cool is that? 

This is going to be at STARR, Palma Gil Obrero. They are charging Php 200 with one standard drink. Definitely worth it because this party doesn't happen often. If you get lost, just follow the rainbow!
