#KICKBACK

Kickback—coming from the urban dictionary is a get-together consisting of close friends, partying and drinkingspread the word. Please! House party is technically different because it’s not so intimate. So it’s wrong to say, we are having a house party at my place and you just invite your close friend over, because house parties should be for everyone. Very vulnerable to crashers. If you really want to have an awesome time and with plenty booze come around; throw a kickback.

I know I wrote an entry about this like two months ago that was more descriptive. This entry is more of what we actually did this week. Yes, its holy week. While some may hit it off to the beach we did our kickback in the pool side of my friend’s condo, went to Brew Damosa to continue drinking and listen to some good beat-- last Wednesday and just last night, we rented a hotel with some friends. Unlimited booze no restrictions. And, we don’t want to trash our place right?

I don’t want to be insightful this time. I just want to let everyone know that, in order for you to have a great time. You just have to make things happen. Go to S&R buy booze, invite few friends, rent a hotel room, bring speakers, prepare your playlist (EDM please) then we're all set for a night of fun. Note that, if you don’t remember anything and you fainted. That means you had a blast.

Very quick recall/ tips whatever you may call this:
1. Always have an extra boxer when you're in a kickback. You will never know you might need it at the end of the night. Especially if its a pool party, prepare to be wet in all expected and unexpected places.
2. The DJ at Brew was fine. I don't exactly know his name but he was my teacher for a Law subject way back, he was kinda rusty maybe because he didn't play for a very long time. But it was cool of him to play a Britney Spears mashup.
3. Smart Phones should be safe kept at all time.
4. Start a party with Merlot, It was a nasty feeling. The right kind of nasty.
5. Try drinking with a shot glass for even distribution. You will really know a person's alcohol tolerance before 12mn.
6. Food makes you sober. Don't eat while you drink, Eat before you rave.
7. Don't invite people that you don't like. It's not that you are not civil it's just that it can probably kill the vibe. Unresolved issues, people!

So if someone asked you, let’s have a kickback you should always say yes. Not unless you’re a loser you don’t have a room for spontaneity in your system. And oh, one last thing. If you were invite don't go to the place empty handed you don't wanna make a bad impression. #JustSaying

I don’t wanna regret anything but this happened. #YOLO It's the wrong kind of wrong but hey, it's fine. It's nature's way of telling me that I need to buy a new phone very soon.

Oh no! I was insightful. Duhh what the hell! See you at the next party!
